My style as a therapist is warm, genuine and collaborative. I truly enjoy my work and have a great deal of respect for my clients’ efforts and progress.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #45307 with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and received a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and a student of the Diamond Approach in the Ridhwan School.

I’m currently working with the Bay Area Asylum Mental Health Project to provide pro bono psychological evaluations to asylum seekers. In the past, my pro bono work has included A Home Within, an organization offering foster youth a lasting therapeutic relationship, and Camp New Hope, a weekend camp for children diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
